How pricing works

Print by Size and Gang Sheet Builder price each design by its selected width, height and quantity, rather than a fixed-length full sheet. Empty space between designs does not add to the price. Rearranging a layout does not change your total.

The standard rate is based on $1.99 for one 11 × 11 inch transfer (about $0.0165 per square inch). Each transfer's price is rounded up to the next cent, then multiplied by its quantity. For example, one 7 × 11 inch transfer is $1.27; one 11 × 11 inch transfer is $1.99, before discounts, shipping and tax.

These are selected print dimensions, not an automatic measurement of ink coverage. Blank space inside those dimensions still counts. Individual catalog products and special offers may have different prices; check the price shown for the product you choose.

Shipping, applicable taxes and eligible discounts are calculated at checkout. Review the final total before payment. Gang Sheet Builder's free individual cutting is a limited-time offer, as shown on the product page.

Production and shipping

Production time + shipping transit time = total time to receive your order.

Production time and shipping transit time are separate. A shipping service's transit estimate describes travel after dispatch, not the time needed to prepare and print your artwork.

Working toward an event or customer deadline? Contact us before ordering with the quantity, delivery ZIP code and date you need the prints. Do not treat a requested date or a carrier estimate as a confirmed delivery guarantee.

After ordering, keep your order confirmation and use the tracking link when available. A tracking number or a created shipping label does not by itself confirm carrier acceptance. The carrier's tracking page provides the available scan updates.

Artwork assistance

Every order receives expert review before printing. Choose Keep background or Remove background for each design, then use Note to Designer for any special instructions. Background removal does not carry an extra charge.

For a repeat order, include your previous order number and identify the design you want to match. If you change the size or artwork, say so in your note. A previous order reference helps us review your request; it is not a guarantee of identical color across production batches.

Need help with an order?

For missing prints, delivery questions or a print-quality concern, contact us about your order or email sales@arteefy.com. Include your order number, the affected artwork or filename, and a short description. For a print issue, attach photos to your email; if it happened after pressing, include the garment and press settings you used.

If a transfer appears damaged or incomplete before pressing, contact us before applying it. For application guidance, see the pressing guide and follow the instructions supplied with your order.
